We raise two types of turkeys

Heritage Narragansett Turkeys and Heirloom Broad Breasted Bronze Turkeys

Both are:

• Organically fed and pasture raised

• Antibiotic free

Heritage Narragansett Turkey

This type of turkey is for you if you want:

        • Exceptional tasking meat
        • More dark meat than white meat
        • Small to medium sized birds

These turkeys are known for their excellent meat quality and superior flavor. They have more dark meat and less breast meat than commercial turkeys, and because it takes at least 29 weeks to reach maturity, they have a thicker skin making their meat extremely moist.

Heirloom Broad Breasted Bronze Turkeys

This type of turkey is for you if you want:

Excellent tasting meat

• More white and breast meat

• Medium to large size bird

These turkeys were introduced from England in the 1900's. Bronze Heritage turkeys were crossed with a larger faster growing stock. These birds grow to maturity in 14 weeks, grow to a larger size than heritage turkeys, and have more breast meat.
